Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries and coconut cream until smooth.

  3. Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place truffles on parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a touch of vanilla extract.
