Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin tin or insert muffin liners.
- Mash bananas, add eggs, honey, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- Stir in almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and protein powder. Do not over mix.
- Add almond butter and lightly fold into the batter.
- Divide batter into 12 muffin cups, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove muffins from oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and runny almond butter.
