Bowls (High Protein & Freezer Friendly) Recipe

These high-protein bowls are perfect for meal prepping and can be easily frozen for later. They're packed with potatoes, sausage, eggs, and cheese for a satisfying and convenient meal.

  • 7 medium red potatoes diced
  • 1 pound breakfast beef sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • Splash milk optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Roast diced potatoes on a greased baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Brown sausage with bell pepper in a skillet, drain if needed.
  3. Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Combine with sausage mixture.
  4. Divide potatoes, sausage, and egg mixture among 6 containers. Top with cheddar.
  5. Cool, seal, and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

For best results, ensure the potatoes are evenly diced to promote uniform cooking.
