Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
  2. Combine oats and milk; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add maple syrup, oil, and egg to oats; mix well.
  5. Combine wet and dry; fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes; cool before serving.
