Method
- Sauté cauliflower in butter until tender and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook ground turkey in the same skillet until browned.
- Stir in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower back to the skillet. Add chicken broth if needed. Simmer until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the smoked paprika.
