  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth optional, for extra moisture
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan optional, for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Sauté cauliflower in butter until tender and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook ground turkey in the same skillet until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cauliflower back to the skillet. Add chicken broth if needed. Simmer until heated through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the smoked paprika.
