Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour wet into dry and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in add-ins evenly.
- Divide batter among muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Cool in pan before transferring to a wire rack.
