Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), grease muffin tin thoroughly.
- Whisk eggs and egg whites until frothy.
- Add cooked bacon, vegetables, yogurt, cheese, and seasonings.
- Gently mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until centers are set.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove and serve.

For extra flavor, try adding different types of cheese or vegetables!
