Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, yogurt, milk, syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Don’t overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and don't overmix the batter.
