Method
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- Sauté veggies in the same pan until softened.
- Add egg, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Scramble until just cooked.
- Stir in chopped turkey bacon and melt the cheese into the mix.
- Top with hot sauce if you like a little heat!
Notes
Feel free to customize the veggies to your liking. Mushrooms and tomatoes also work well!
