High Protein Spicy Grilled Chicken Wraps!

Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or more, to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce or other hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  6. Combine Greek yogurt and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
  7. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  8. Assemble wraps: Spread yogurt mixture, add lettuce, red onion, cilantro, and chicken.
  9. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the chicken after grilling.
