- Mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Combine Greek yogurt and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Assemble wraps: Spread yogurt mixture, add lettuce, red onion, cilantro, and chicken.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the chicken after grilling.
