Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil/butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in almond milk/cream until the batter is smooth.
- If desired, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of coconut oil.
