Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add peanut butter and eggs, stir until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop ~1 inch balls of dough 3 inches apart on lined sheet. Flatten slightly with damp fingers.
- Bake 7-8 minutes. Do not over-bake.
- Allow to cool, and enjoy!
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
