Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir.
- Cook cauliflower rice per package directions.
- Divide cauliflower rice among meal prep containers.
- Top with ground beef, cheese, avocado, and salsa.
- Optional: Add sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to your preference. You can also add other low-carb vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
