Method
- Preheat oven to 375F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mix bananas, almond butter, coconut oil, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold ingredients, then add walnuts.
- Add batter to muffin tins.
- Sprinkle with sugar and walnuts.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!

For best results, use ripe bananas.
